AUSTIN, TX—March 29, 2023—Ultra Intelligence & Communications has named Dana Bono as the organization’s new general counsel and head of contracts and exports. In this role, Bono will lead the company’s compliance and business risk mitigation, provide strategic legal advice, implement and maintain policies and processes, and oversee third-party North America and internal UK-based counsel.

She is an accomplished legal strategist and litigator as well as an expert in managing compliance and export control. Prior to joining Ultra I&C, Bono served as a principal for DCB Advisors. She has also held legal counsel posts at SEKISUI Aerospace Corporation, GKN and Behr America, Inc. As Ultra I&C begins a new chapter, Dana’s expertise and extensive knowledge will help ensure the business’s ongoing success.
